Sales Specialist

We're seeking a Junior Sales Enablement professional to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between cutting-edge laboratory science and real-world client value, helping potential clients understand how our solutions can transform their workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging scientific demos and explain complex lab workflows to potential clients
  • Translate experimental workflows, LIMS functionality, and lab data into clear, compelling business benefits
  • Conduct cold outreach to prospective clients and generate new business opportunities
  • Record client interactions and provide actionable feedback to internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and engineering teams to develop client-facing materials
  • Build strong relationships with clients through empathy and clear communication

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional client empathy and active listening skills
  • Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for diverse audiences
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent cross-functional communication
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
