DevOps & Security Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps & Security Engineer to strengthen our infrastructure, improve system reliability, and enhance security across our platforms. You will play a key role in automating processes, managing deployments, and proactively identifying and mitigating security risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Manage and maintain infrastructure (cloud or on-premise)
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and scalability
  • Automate deployment and configuration processes
  • Implement and enforce security best practices across systems
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and policies
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve DevOps practices
  • Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis

Requirements

  • Proven experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and scripting
  • Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
  • Solid understanding of security practices (firewalls, monitoring)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
