This new version makes daily lab operations simpler, smoother, and more efficient. It introduces a new drag-and-drop forms editor, a workflow executor, major DataView enhancements, and new capabilities around notifications, SOPs, documents, and project and resource export/import. V8 brings greater flexibility to teams and a more comfortable user experience.
1. A new forms editor, faster and more intuitive
Creating forms becomes much easier with a new visual drag-and-drop experience. Users can add, resize, and organize fields more easily, with greater freedom in layout and label display.
2. Clearer action management
V8 introduces a cleaner, easier-to-read Actions interface. Editing and previewing actions becomes smoother, making configuration easier and improving the day-to-day user experience.
3. Personalized notifications without code
Notification management becomes more accessible thanks to a filter-based configuration system. Users can now set up customized alerts quickly, without any specific development work.
4. Better SOP integration during execution
SOP documents can now be linked directly to actions, making the appropriate version automatically visible during execution. Multi-version search also improves access to the right information at the right time.
5. DataView gains power and flexibility
DataView includes numerous improvements to make searching, reviewing, and using data easier. With scan mode, favorite entity types, PDF preview, export of failed rows, highlighting and filtering of extra columns, and easier access to entity types from the sidebar, the experience becomes more complete and more efficient.
6. More practical storage management
The Storages module evolves to make location management clearer and easier to use. Display and several interactions have been improved to make work in the field smoother.
7. Simplified document creation
The Document module evolves with new options, including batch creation. This makes it possible to generate multiple documents more quickly and speed up repetitive operations.

Search becomes more efficient thanks to deep search, which makes it easier to quickly locate documents and important information across the platform.
