Role description

In this position, you will act as a key interface between clients and technology, translating clinical study requirements into efficient digital solutions. You will work closely with international customers as well as our internal product teams.

This is a hybrid role combining remote work with on-site client activities. Candidates must be based in Switzerland, as the position includes regular on-site presence and occasional travel within Switzerland and abroad.

While not required, the following experience will give you a significant advantage and will be highly valued during the selection process:

  • EDC / eCRF knowledge: Exposure to Electronic Data Capture systems or eCRF design in clinical trial environments is a strong plus.
  • LIMS experience: Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems in research or laboratory settings is a great asset.
No prior professional experience with these systems is required — academic projects, internships, or coursework exposure counts!

Languages Requirments

  • German: mandatory (native-level or fully fluent, spoken and written)
  • English: mandatory (professional working proficiency )
  • French or Italian is an advantage

Your Profile

  • Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Engineering, Informatics) or a comparable qualification
  • Interest in software solutions and digital transformation in healthcare and life sciences
  • Good understanding of data and process flows in scientific or clinical environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Confident, customer-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of EDC, eCRF, or LIMS systems is a strong plus — but not a requirement

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze scientific and clinical study processes and help translate them into digital configurations
  • Support the design, build, and maintenance of data capture forms, including fields, validations, and logic
  • Assist in study/project configuration from requirements analysis through go-live
  • Support system demonstrations and pre-sales activities
  • Plan and conduct user training and provide application support (remote and on-site)
  • Participate in system testing, UAT, validation, and quality assurance activities
  • Provide operational support, including system setup, user management, and data management
  • Collect customer feedback to support the continuous improvement of system functionality
  • Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and validation materials
