The ever-expanding volume of data overwhelmed their previous software, leading to inefficiencies and frequent bottlenecks. Managing their storage became increasingly challenging, and their workflow processes lacked the necessary organization. BMC urgently needed a more robust and elegant platform to streamline their data management and optimize their workflows.

The Latvia team meticulously planned and executed the implementation process for both general workflow and nurse-specific projects. They defined necessary columns for migration, ensuring only essential data was transferred, and provided files for a smooth migration. A request processing solution and storage organization were developed, followed by comprehensive testing. Final scripts were created for migrating data from Nautilus to the new system, with consent management as the last step.
In Latvia, they established a process covering everything from creating patient records to sample collection, including designing studies, shipping samples, managing consents, labeling tubes, and maintaining workflow. This thorough approach ensures a seamless transition and efficient operation within the new system.
